      Pros

      Great mission, facilities and people. Science is top-notch and the reputation is fantastic. True commitment to patients.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload, and expectation that most people will contribute a substantial amount of their personal time to working. Due to the parent company being in Switzerland, many calls happen very early in the morning (6-9 AM).

      Great salary and team! The interview process was smooth and effective.

      To be determined, but so far many alignment meetings. Some folks have frustuations around the re-org and strategy changes.
