      None. People with talent can’t leave this place quick enough. Stay away.

      Toxic work environment. Most salaried staff are too busy watching their backs than actually contributing. HR is always looking to make an example, read “fire’’, of anyone that doesn’t tow their line. Sad.

      Both pay and benefits were good.

      Cons

      Both Management and the Union need to be overhauled. Union has too many dead beets working there and too many stupid rules to boot. Kinda like a Good ol' boys theme. Management is clueless, they like to fly by the seat of their pants. When things go wrong ( and that's usually always) they are quick to put the blame on the Employee. A lot of cut throats there, you have to watch your back constantly. Stay away if possible!!!
