Pros
A strong entrepreneurial spirit together with determination to do the right thing for the client is helping create a really attractive services business. Focus on pushing into new markets with enhanced offerings and employing more local resources to match the existing offshore capability is an attractive strategy.
Cons
Like any growing business it comes with some pain but if that is the price you pay to get out of the incompetence, waste and self fulfilling leadership of the the big guys then its worth it.
