You get Bonus twice in a year, even though you dont work company will give you salary since they don't want to show attiration in there team
Cons
You can't change your job due to 3 month notice. f you go to logistic or HR or any work/help, they are busy with either meeting for preparing templates to follow for new process. No way to escalate.
