Pros
Decent pay for not having to do pretty much anything. It's very simple to coast by and not work at all.
Cons
The reason it's easy to do this is because the company has very poor management the culture is often hostile, the building was often trashy. This isn't the fault of the cleaning staff, the employees broke everything and left junk on the floor. Can still be good if you're just there for a paycheck.
