I want to hive the rating in negative. i wish I had an option. If you want to make you life hell then you are most welcome at Genpact. I joined here last year, On my second day Global leader (female) fired out one employee and was addressing to whole floor. While addressing she said if anyone will repeat the same mistake again the you will be thrown under the bus. Lol ! I then realised i made a big mistake. Even the Senior manager and Assistant Vice president use to call her Mam. They will treat you like a slave. Here HR manager won’t listen to you, he will only listen to the management all the trainings which are given to you while joining will be of no use. No Women security. You will be said while interview that it is going to be hybrid mode but when you join a frustrated Senior manager will say that you have to come daily and he won’t even approve your leaves. And whatever they will say at the time of interview is fake. One important thing after reading this you will get to know why working there is no less than a hell. First, they use time tracking tool. Lol! if anyone even don’t have much work then he/she have to press thier key regularly to reach the target. Secondly, your mobile phones will be submitted because they are sending you in a jail where you are only allowed to work, no fun activity, no offsite tours, nothing. Even you don’t have canteen or coffee shop on you floor. I have never seen anything like this before. For once I thought i am working in East India Company and these Global leader Assistant VP, Senior Manager they are being ruled by britishers and they are helping them and to treat us like slaves. One more thing you will be provided only one way cab facility that also without AC 😂. The worst working environment ever. One more thing Lol … Thank you Glassdoor !! The working place is so dirty, washrooms are so dirty, when client visits them they offer them good food and nothing for employees, 100 people sit in 200 gaj plot i would say. So suffocating. Seats and desks are too small so so uncomfortable. There are no meeting room. Area is too small. And ya one more and mist important thing. There is no Wifi on the floor 😂😂. You have to bring Lan cable from IT which is located 1 km from the place where we work. Lol! Please never join Genpact. If you are earning less and have a good work life balance then don’t switch to genpact for a little bit of hike. Better work on your skills and choose a better company because once you enter here it’s hard for you to get out of it as the notice period is of 3 months. Only managers are allowed to use phone. There is no fun activity remember, no team lunch, no team dinner and no party. You will feel like we have still not got freedom. If you will ask for a sick leave for 1 day the manager will ask you for the medical certificate. I am not a frustrated employee but I know people will not be able to survive so think multiple times before joining Genpact. You can take offer from them but counter that offer for other good company 😊 Please ignore the grammatical mistakes.
