The tech stack is modern and diverse — I worked with Java, microservices, cloud technologies, and had the opportunity to learn cutting-edge practices. The team is supportive and collaborative, which makes daily work enjoyable.
Cons
Career progression opportunities could be stronger, especially for mid-level engineers. The path to senior positions isn't always clear, and growth largely depends on project availability. Salary reviews were infrequent — during my 3 years, there were limited opportunities to discuss compensation growth or market adjustments. When budgets tighten (as happened with my project), it impacts long-term planning for engineers.
