      Depends on the project Work life balance and area of learning is kind of okay

      Cons

      No appraisal, you will be stuck at the same position for years with deadly managers who wants to suck everything out of you and just butter up with appreciation instead of a proper salary hike

      Once the project was terminated, people were let go. So it was quite unstable. No benefits at all.
