      Pros

      challenged to be better constantly, innovation rewarded, fast paced, professional coworkers that know how to relax and have fun as well, benefit packages

      Cons

      expectations for advancement/improvement do not align with mentor/training opportunities in that they expect you to continually improve skillset but do not give you the time or resources in your day to make it happen and often the workday is more than 8hrs

We do this by defining "S.M.A.R.T." goals and evaluating performance along the Results and Values dimensions of the work. This is also based on each job family career guidelines and applied according to each job level. We also look for feedback on our GoDaddy Voice internal surveys, we take that feedback very seriously and managers and executive leadership are held to high standards for addressing that feedback.       Pros

      Fast-paced, high-intensity environment where expectations are set high and that drives genuine performance. I've learned a lot here and I'm hopeful to spend more years helping shape the direction of the business. Smart people, real ownership, and the kind of work that pushes you to grow.

      Cons

      Operations are running lean while the goals stay ambitious. AI is reshaping how we work, but the tooling isn't quite mature enough yet to carry the load it eventually will. Until it catches up, teams can feel stretched.

      Pros

      I am able to be my best self in the environment I work in. I am encouraged to ask questions and come up with solutions to problems - often the identification of a problem doesn't have a clearly prescribed solution - My leadership allows me to be proactive and come up with more ideal solutions than 'just what works'.

      Cons

      This is a large company, and mileage may vary. Bringing your best self should be a requirement for all positions in all companies.
