      Pros

      The headline says it all, it's a fun environment and good people that you work with. The projects are challenging, in a good way. People seem to genuinely care about you and the contribution you make to the team. There's not a lot of turf wars or "who gets credit for what" because of the whole team environment...which I've run into issues with in past companies.

      Cons

      There does seem to be a good amount of changing strategy and operations mechanics across teams. I assume that's due to the environment of how fast the competitive landscape changes and the need to shift and respond. It makes it a little tough to stay on task at times and can some times cause frustration. Sometimes goals and KPIs don't align across teams working on the same projects/products.

      We love hearing from employees that they enjoy the people they work with. It definitely makes work easier when you have people to lean on, or find it easy to reach out to others for help. We see how different KPIs from one team to another could impact what gets done first. Please reach out to your manager and/or HRBP to let them know about roadblocks that you're experiencing. We definitely want to continue to improve on how we get things done as we scale the company and adapt to changing customer needs.

      Pros

      Fast-paced, high-intensity environment where expectations are set high and that drives genuine performance. I've learned a lot here and I'm hopeful to spend more years helping shape the direction of the business. Smart people, real ownership, and the kind of work that pushes you to grow.

      Cons

      Operations are running lean while the goals stay ambitious. AI is reshaping how we work, but the tooling isn't quite mature enough yet to carry the load it eventually will. Until it catches up, teams can feel stretched.

      Pros

      I am able to be my best self in the environment I work in. I am encouraged to ask questions and come up with solutions to problems - often the identification of a problem doesn't have a clearly prescribed solution - My leadership allows me to be proactive and come up with more ideal solutions than 'just what works'.

      Cons

      This is a large company, and mileage may vary. Bringing your best self should be a requirement for all positions in all companies.
