Pretty ironic and telling that after I had been dealing with a personal health issue, a company with “Health” in the title wouldn’t be even try to be understanding with and would offer a second chance to retake my exam.
Heads Up: if you fail your licensing exam by more than 10 points, you will be fired. In training, it is never once explicitly stated that you only get one chance to pass and you will be terminated and there is nothing you can do.
I couldn’t have felt more disposable of an employee than I did in that moment.
What else? The base pay is honestly laughable. I made more during my first entry level position post college over 5 years ago.

Pretty unimpressive and less than stellar health plan choices. You have 2 options. If you think by working for an insurance company that you’re also going to have a great insurance, you are sadly mistaken.
Just endless asinine technological problems.
