      Great scientific community with great personalities, lots of departments and locations to move transfer to.

      Cons

      Do not pay fairly to industry, don't recognize overtime work or constant travelling as working above and beyond. Significantly reduced sick days recently. Lacks bonuses.

      Most of the employees and management were very friendly

      Cons

      The company was disorganized at times and the training was barely existent when I started. No opportunities for career growth. There was a disconnect from office to office at times.
