      1. A large % of customer donations are thrown in the trash 2. Minimum wage job and the work is dirty and dangerous. 3. Senior leadership only cares about profits 4. Unsafe work atmosphere 5. Employees with disabilities are ridiculed and treated poorly.

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
