      Allergies from customer donations Customers treating company like a local garbage dump Diray dirty dirty donations Often conflicting orders from Manager and Assistant Manager Not a job for people with allergies

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
