      Pros

      Felt good to support people looking for a hand up. Good salary and benefits.

      Cons

      Instead of leading a charitable org, the CEO wants to be a restaurant owner and the head of a college. His best buddy on his leadership team ended up stealing money from the org on expenses the CEO signed off on.

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
