      Very fun people to work with Straightforward Job

      Cons

      "Pay raise" after three months did not occur, not even the employment review that was supposed to happen at the three-month mark. Having to close until midnight due to the store being a mess

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
