      Meeting new people, good team , knowing that your work make a difference

      Cons

      Small chances for advancement , people who have FT positions are there for many years . The supervision position are so stressful with so low salary that no one can stay more than few months .

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
