      Great employees, complacent management - Photographer Goodwill Employee Review

      Pros

      The employees were wonderful. It really is an eclectic group of people from all over the world.

      Cons

      The lower management was incredibly complacent and lazy. The systems put in place became so complex, nothing got done. Fo example, If we needed a new roll of tape, we filled out a form and waited days for approval.

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
