you meet amazing co-workers and build friendships that last outside the work place.
Cons
Working as a processing associate you actually get to witness first hand just what exactly is done behind closed doors. The area is filthy, ive gotten bronchitis working at goodwill and had to quit because my work area had nothing but mold everywhere. Sometimes management are biased and prejudice but it might just be my store not all.
