Pros
They have a great mission, but I really do not see the true enhancement of delivering it. It seems more of a"do as I say, not as I do"
Cons
never give pay raises, expect more, pay less. The upper management is very non-consistent, as well as cover up shady behaviors according to many circumstances. They are very unethical in there way of thinking, and dealing with matters, and individuals. Express their personal opinions where they shouldn't, instead of using their professionalism. Very inconsistent with dealing with same type situations.
