      +Coworkers. A few great managers. Meet different people. Capable of Working days off around medical apts. Hire disabled/mental issues. Benefits.

      Cons

      Paid biweekly. Certain managers have favorite employees, unfair treatment, incorrect training, drama, changes are made daily. Too much good stuff is wasted or thrown away

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
