Pros
The work environment is very enjoyable. You get to talk to the average person on a daily basis. If you are open enough, people who shop at goodwill will tell you almost anything. (advice, wisdom, and knowlege) They pay pretty well for being a "garage sale" store. Management tends to put employee horse playing in the blind spot and tend to make working at goodwill very enjoyably.
Cons
They do pay very well, but it took my manager about 4 months to give me a promotion. Managment is terrible, bunch of trashy people who have no idea how to run a company.
