Pros
This is an excellent company to work for. They truly care about their team as people - including understanding issues that impact them outside of work and point them in the right direction to resources. I love how we are helping the environment and making a meaningful impact in our communities.
Cons
People don't fully understand what Goodwill does until services are needed and seeing negative social media posts with false information hurts.
