Pros
Great employees , fast paced , good benefits but exspensive
Cons
They talk about diversity but only promote favorites , discriminate against women and the gay community , pay rates are below standard and are pay is higher in Seattle proper as opposed to those outside of Seattle about a 4 dollar difference. No or very little training , they tell you they will train you and once hired they tell you you are responsible for your own training.
