      Pros

      Ability to get promoted for talent, rewards for going above and beyond. The management has been very nice to me and worked with my school schedule and life circumstances to help me. If you do your job and actively try to do what you've been hired for, you should do fine.

      Cons

      Very high turn over rate - never really know when people won't be there anymore.

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
