      Friendly people, great purpose and mission. Opportunity to grow. Tuition reimbursement, focus on health such as weight watchers and smoking cessation programs

      pay is kind of low, high turnover, health insurance is almost none

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
