Pros

Customer demographic tends to be extremely friendly/courteous. Management is also pretty understanding of new employees' learning curves.

Cons

Not the most efficient. Products aren't always organized in the best way for customers. Sometimes workers aren't placed very well, either. I'm a very new employee yet I sometimes find myself practically the only one on the sales floor, having to try to answer questions that I frequently don't know the answer to.

Pros

I get paid consistently. I don't have to stress about restraining people or raising my voice. My clients are friendly.

Cons

The pay is that good. I have to travel to NYC every day.

Pros

Great impact on the community

Cons

Terrible salary and hourly pay rates. They claim they care about the community, but don't do anything for their own people to make sure they're taken care of and paid fairly.
