      Goodwill of North Georgia " Put People to Work" that is about it.

      Cons

      No growth. Entry level employee's must jump threw hoops to achieve a higher position which never is achieved.

      Pros

      I get paid consistently. I don't have to stress about restraining people or raising my voice. My clients are friendly.

      The pay is that good. I have to travel to NYC every day.

      Great impact on the community

      Cons

      Terrible salary and hourly pay rates. They claim they care about the community, but don't do anything for their own people to make sure they're taken care of and paid fairly.
