      Pros

      Good for learning basic retail skills.

      Cons

      Never worked so hard for so little money. Absolutely no recognition for a job well done. Not even a thank you. Employees are in constant fear of being terminated. Management has no common sense and had their own interpretation of rules of the company. Supervisors are extremely intimidating and make the employee feel worthless.

      Pros

      I get paid consistently. I don't have to stress about restraining people or raising my voice. My clients are friendly.

      The pay is that good. I have to travel to NYC every day.

      Great impact on the community

      Cons

      Terrible salary and hourly pay rates. They claim they care about the community, but don't do anything for their own people to make sure they're taken care of and paid fairly.
