      Some people care for the organization.

      Upper management doesn’t follow through on promises made. Current VP of retail is a joke! He avoids conflict and never answers questions.

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
