      Pros

      You don't have to wear a mask and get to listen to your own music; you can wear casual clothes and work boots; you get 15 minute breaks and a lunch break. You get to work for a company that helps people with disabilities find work and offers vocational rehabilitation to them.

      Cons

      You have to throw away a bunch of garbage and may get a nasty bug handling all the trash people dump off.

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
