      Pros

      They will hire anyone, and it's not a complicated job.

      Cons

      Bad pay, hard work for the lack of pay. They also make you throw out BRAND NEW stuff with tags on it if it's not "name brand." Very greedy company. They do a lot for less than fortunate folks, but the company itself, is garbage, and mega greedy.

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
