      Great managers, they help out in every part of the store. They are just amazing.

      Cons

      Some lazy employees, it get's a bit annoying when there are 4 people in one area and only 2 are working.

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
