      Extremely easy and okay pay

      Extremely boring , the employees are older women that boss you around more than the managers, Sometimes racist and provocative items are accidentally put on the floor and you’re confined to one spot the whole shift

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
