      Awesome clients and the schedule.

      Cons

      The human services department management is horrible. Little to no support they deny time off request. They give you Little to no explanation on anything. They do spot checks and ask to see your phone. Worst experience ever

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
