      Pros

      Just the bi-weekly paycheck for me. If you're full-time, you get access to benefits during enrollment period at the end of the year.

      Cons

      Mice in building. People dropping off their garbage on the curb in the rain when store is closed. Having to dispose of people's garbage. Manager and assistant manager were useless.

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
