Pros
Plenty of exercise running to one point in the store to the next accomplishing the days work and medical Health benefits as well.
Cons
The compensation and advancement opportunity is just not there for too many employees. At some point and on some level a person will have to weigh their financial needs against Goodwill of Central Indiana's ability to meet them. Going into the new year 2015 I see a lot of posturing from our corporate officers who happen to be lobbying for advancement with the retirement of our CEO Jim. What I'm witnessing is unconscionable. Reduced hours, heavier work load and unrealistic demands for production and sales. How much is enough? Just a little more and it never ends. Push, Push, Push.
