      You can get a lot of vacation days for managers vs hourly

      -Poor communication -Favoritism/ discrimination -Upper management will gossip about everything -You can email the CEO but the Ceo doesn't email you back.

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
