For those people who do not have any previous work experience this is a good way to develop some work skills.
Cons
Directors, COO snd CEO are not on the same page. Each are moving in different directions with different goals and visions for the company. This makes growth and forward movement for the company impossible. Things like implementing SAP are touted as growth, however most of the software goes unused because many of the people in the corporate office are unwilling to learn and unwilling to embrace change. And this is supported by the directors and chief officers. None of the directors are knowledgable enough to train and develop those they supervise. The current directors are overseeing areas of the company they have little to no experience in or have a very narrow exposure.
