      Pros

      I was hired, and told to go to the orientation. I am American, and attended it with a bunch of Cubans and the orientation was entirely in Spanish. Then, Goodwill never called me back. It is a waste of time to be hired by these people.

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
