      Pros

      Good mission. Many people are helped if they are motivated to help themselves also.

      Cons

      People that join the program are treated like a number. It's sales. They track people enrolled in the program, "services" given, and placements verified ( people hired even if for only an hour).

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
