      If your not a felon, then you have a chance for a job. They will work you. Fair exchange.

      Cons

      Not flexible at all, schedules are set 1 month at a time and if they make a mistake your stuck.

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
