Pros

I'm a people person I enjoy assisting and helping customers... I work in sales before I manage and ran my own store back in Indiana..

Cons

I do not care for they set up and the way things I ran also the pay is not enough... One of the managers can be very unprofessional in the way of handling employees..

I get paid consistently. I don't have to stress about restraining people or raising my voice. My clients are friendly.

Cons

The pay is that good. I have to travel to NYC every day.

Pros

Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

Cons

Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
