Pros

As an employee of Goodwill industries, the only pro's I could possibly name are the people that you get to work with and the diversity within the company.

Cons

Management is a big issue, and the pay rate is not worth the amount of labor you have to put in on a day-to-day basis if you plan on working here, please be aware it is only a good position if you plan on staying temporarily. I have worked here for a minimum of 3 years and plan on finding a different career path soon. The goods that the company gets shipped in is another big issue the company relies on donations you might get lucky sometimes but majority of the time there is never any good product to provide for customers.

Pros

Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

Cons

Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
