      Pros

      The support that is given to individuals with disabilities is great. The staff works together to make a positive experience for those walking through the door

      Cons

      The communication level from the higher ups is lacking. The amount of negative staff trying to cause problems for others who just want to serve the customers is aweful

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
