Pros
HR systems that will help you out. They also have certain programs that will help you out in need such as crisis for mental health and other conditions i.e disabilities. Little known fact but goodwill does offer training for jobs other than the position you are initially hired for. Primarily in the blue collar work but they also offer different programs depending on the time of year. Employee discount is also a bonus!

About the same as any other job to be honest. Hit or miss with coworkers and hr will vary from location to location.
