      Excellent benefits, set hours, store bonuses available. Constantly busy so you're not stuck doing the same thing all day.

      Cons

      Low pay and physically taxing like most retail jobs, can be tedious.

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
