Pros

Good pay. Flexible hours. Good health benefits. Pretty good retirement plan. Prices lower than other stores.

Cons

Bad management. Backstabbing. Management always playing favorites. Ask way too much of you. You work, you get yelled at, don't work you get phrased. (Unless they don't like you.) You disagree with somebody and management will treat you like a scapegoat. Back room was ALWAYS disorganized, way too hot in the summer, way too cold in the winter. Get wrote up for being sick. If you cry or have a panic attack they yell at you and act like nothing is going on. Disorganized in the office and at HQ. Management talked about confidential stuff INFRONT of employees. Management talked about disciplining employees to other employees. Management talked crap about employees behind their backs. Employees who kissed up to management got treated much better than the ones who didn't.

Dusty sometimes and some of the stuff can be gross but that's just part of working at a thrift store, having to handle that stuff
