      non I wasn't really happy about this job i was more annoyed with my co workers than anything

      Cons

      The Assistant managers are more into their personal life than there own job. I'm still a teenager and i'm more mature than the managers.

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
