      Friendly staff multiple office locations not tied to a desk flexible to get errands completed, etc opportunities to grow within the company if you become friends with management

      Poor management Disorganized Extreme nepotism Salary too little Culture of fear - always worried about getting terminated

      Pros

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
